Community Guidelines

This draft requires final legal review before it's treated as binding policy.

Be a good neighbor

Social Cub is a parent circle, not a public feed. Treat other parents the way you'd want to be treated at pickup: no harassment, hate speech, impersonation or spam.

Protect other families' kids

Never post another family's child's name, photo, exact age, school or location without their parent's consent. Only share what you'd be comfortable seeing shared about your own kid.

Recommend honestly

Only recommend places and activities you've genuinely experienced. Don't post on behalf of a business you own without claiming it, and don't trade recommendations for payment.

Messaging

Keep direct messages, group chats and plan chats on-topic and respectful. Unwanted solicitation, explicit content and repeated contact after being asked to stop are not allowed.

Groups

Group owners set the tone for their group and can remove members who break these guidelines. Everyone in a Group should feel safe posting about their kids.

Plans

Plans are private by default — invite-only or shared with one Group — and distinct from public local Events. Only share a Plan's details with people you actually want there.

Report and block

If someone makes you uncomfortable, block them — it's silent and immediate — and report the behavior from Settings. Our team reviews every report; accounts that repeatedly break these guidelines may be restricted or removed. Questions? info@socialcub.com
